I have applied a couple of different times this month and have not been scheduled for an interview. I am surprised by this because I have call center customer service experience. I would love to work for Progressive and know that I have what they are looking for. The Benwhite location is also close to my home.

    • Don’t get discouraged, yet. I also worked in a call center environment as a technical and sales trainer. We had set classroom sizes, so hiring was done to match the classroom seats available. It often took us numerous classes to get through our hiring goals, which means the hiring was spread out over a number of months. Best of luck to you!
