Learn about the role of owls in the local ecosystem with a campfire program at McKinney Falls State Park on Saturday night, followed by a guided “Owl Prowl” – a night hike in search of these incredible birds of prey. 3. Austin-based novelist, Amanda Ward, will release a new book called Close Your Eyes with a special Texas Book Festival celebration on Tuesday at Lambert’s.
