Montevista Condominiums:
Best Selling Condo Community in Austin, Texas

AUSTIN, Texas (February 9, 2011) – Montevista Condominiums was the top selling condo community in Austin in 2010, according to the Austin Business Journal.

“I am very proud that we sold 44 condos last year – it’s a tremendous achievement and I want to thank all members of the project team at Montevista for making this possible”, said Jamie Dougherty, Developer of Montevista Condominiums.

“Buyers have recognized that Montevista is a great place to live.  We offer a quiet, peaceful setting with first-class amenities, incredible views, and luxury upgrade options.  Montevista allows easy, quick access to downtown, shopping areas such as the Arboretum, and Bull Creek Park and Greenbelt Trail, which is less than 2 miles away.   And because we are FHA approved, Buyers can close with as a little as 3.5% down.  With interest rates near record lows, it’s a great time to buy and lock in a low rate.”

Montevista offers spacious, luxurious 1 bedroom condos from the low $100’s and two bedroom homes start in the low $200’s.  Montevista Condominiums is located at 6000 Shepherd Mountain Cove, at the intersection of 2222 and the 360 Loop in Northwest Austin.  Perched on a ridge of Shepherd Mountain, many of the condos feature incredible views of the wooded canyons and surrounding area.

“I recently bought at Montevista because it was the best value in the area and I was tired for throwing my money away on rent. I love my condo, the pool and have really enjoyed getting to know my neighbors. There is a nice community here”, said resident Brigette Coon.

Montevista residents benefit from the convenience of condominium living – no more worrying about yard work or exterior maintenance.

“When I need to leave, I simply lock the door and go,” said Montevista resident Inga Vassen. “I travel overseas for business and living at Montevista makes traveling easier because I don’t have to worry about my place when I’m gone.”

Montevista offers six different one and two bedroom floor plans with a variety of upgrade options including granite countertops, custom European cabinetry, travertine floors and energy efficient stainless steel appliances. All floor plans feature nine foot ceilings, private balconies, large storage closets, kitchen pantries and full size washer and dryer hook ups.
