Four Things To Do In Austin This Week

1. Reveille Peak Ranch is holding its Grand Opening event this weekend called the Tour de Ranch. Located near Lake Buchanan, Reveille Peak Ranch is an outdoor adventure, hiking, and biking destination and this weekend they will be hosting a number of events to introduce themselves. 2. In preparation of this year’s Zilker Kite Festival (March 6), family-friendly kite making clinics are scheduled for every Saturday in February. All materials are provided at no charge. For more information, click here.

3. The Highball is hosting a live variety show on their stage this Sunday, featuring live skits, improv comedy, stand-up and more. Click here to learn more about the event.

4. Amos Lee plays the Paramount on Friday night, newcomer Sahara Smith hits the Cactus Cafe on Saturday, Willie Nelson at the new Austin City Limits venue (called the Moody Theater) on Sunday and Monday, and Japanese Taiko Drumming group Kodo at the Paramount next Wednesday.
