1. The American Institute of Architects (AIA) of Austin is hosting their 24th annual Austin Homes Tour this weekend from noon until 6 pm both days. 2. While UT suffered an unexpected loss last week, they are back in action in a huge matchup against rival Oklahoma in the “Red River Shootout” on Saturday. 3. Dog lovers will enjoy Dogtoberfest on Sunday benefiting Blue Dog Rescue, an organization that fosters strays until they can be permanently placed through adoption. This 10th annual event will feature a walk at 9 am followed by a flea market (pun intended) with arts, crafts, gifts, live music, food and drinks at the Ghost Room starting at 11 am.
